player, Stephen Hendry was born on January 13, 1969 in Auchterarder,
Perthshire, Scotland. Stephen Hendry reigned supreme in the
1990s snooker world. Hendry started playing snooker at 12, and
was the youngest ever winner of a professional title - The Rothman's
Grand Prix in 1987. Stephen Hendry turned professional in 1985,
at just 16 years old, and has won the Embassy world snooker
championship an awesome seven times: 1990, 1992-96, and 1999.
His first victory, in 1990, made Hendry the youngest ever world
snooker champion. A model of consistency, Stephen Hendry was
the highest ranked player consecutively through 1990 to 1998.
Stephen Hendry was awarded the MBE in 1994. Seven-time
world champion Stephen Hendry was recently named the greatest
snooker player of all time.
Stephen Hendry is one of many snooker players
who has recently played poker on television and the poise that
he brought to the snooker table is there to be seen at the card
table. Hendry strikes one as Mr. Nice Guy with a ruthless competitive
edge.
Shannon began her career as a model (shocking!)
before appearing in a few smaller movie parts, but it was her
role as sexy exchange student Nadia that really brought her
into the nation's consciousness. She followed this up with appearances
in "American Pie 2," "Scary Movie" with
James Woods, and "Jay and
Silent Bob Strike Back," among others. And suffice it to
say, I'm in love.
