Lauren Graham, Poker Celebrity!

Lauren, along with being a terrific actress, is an exceptional and dedicated poker player. She successfully beat Sean Astin to win game four of the Celebrity Poker Showdown, and went on to take second place in the final tournament, being beaten out by Maura Tierney.

Soon after moving to Washington D.C. from Honolulu with her father, Lauren discovered acting very early on. She went on to attend Barnard College and earn her degree in English, and then to Texas where she got her Master's in acting. In 1995 she made yet another move, this time to Hollywood, where - after appearing in several commercials and a few television pilots - she landed her current role as Lorelai Gilmore on the popular "Gilmore Girls."
