James Woods, Poker Celebrity!

James Woods isn't just jumping on the poker bandwagon; like Ben Affleck and Matt Damon, he's a serious poker player and has played in World Poker Tour and tournaments and the World Series of Poker. Most recently he played at the Foxwoods Casino, and he'll be playing at the next WPT Invitational. To further prove what a fan poker he is, James recently lent his time and his name to Hollywood Poker, the newest (and in my opinion, best) online poker site on the net, along with WPT host Vince Van Patten. I haven't actually gotten a chance to play against Jimmy yet, but I did get to watch him play Hollywood Poker's Tsunami Relief tournament with Willie Garson and some others, & it was hilarious: the two of them were great!

James Woods doesn't really need an introduction. He's been around for years, and has appeared in almost 100 movies over the length of his career. Some of the highlights from this two-time Oscar nominee include "The Onion Field," "Salvador," "True Believer," "Casino" with Robert De Niro and Joe Pesci, "The Virgin Suicides," "Scary Movie 2" with Shannon Elizabeth, and an episode of the Simpsons. Phew... My fingers are tired!
